Artist Alley Space Now Available for This Summer’s Fire & Ice RGX 2025

For the artists among us, Artist Alley Spaces are now available at this summer’s Fire & Ice RGX 2025 event in Roseville, CA.

Artist Alley spaces at Fire & Ice RGX 2025 cost $200 and come with the following:

  • ​8′ x 5′ Space
  • 8′ Table
  • Two Chairs
  • Two Exhibitor Badges – *Additional badges may be purchased for $20 each.

Note that any California resident selling items in the state of California must have a California Seller’s Permit – one can learn more via the following California government website.

A collaboration between Fire and Ice Games and the Sac Gamers Expo, Fire & Ice RGX 2025’s is set to feature Special Guests that include top voice over artists, industry guests, and content creators.

Confirmed guests so far for Fire & Ice RGX 2025 include the following:

Fire & Ice RGX 2025 will also feature than 200 game vendors and artists, tournaments, free to play console games and arcades, and a museum that will feature rare items on display.

Fire and Ice RGX 2025 is slated for this summer, happening June 21 – 22 at the Roebbelen Center @TheGrounds (700 Event Center Dr. Roseville, CA 95678).

Game Maker’s Sketch Book Submissions Now Being Accepted

The team at The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences (AIAS) has announced that submissions for the fourth annual Game Maker’s Sketch Book showcase are now open until April 9.

This upcoming showcase is slated to celebrate artistic excellence in video games, highlighting a diverse range of creative contributions from gaming industry artists. 

Note that selected works will then be presented at the 2025 Summer Game Fest Play Days in Los Angeles.

Meggan Scavio, President of the AIAS, said the following:

“We’re thrilled to mark the fourth year of the Game Maker’s Sketchbook, continuing to celebrate and showcase outstanding artistry in games.

Partnering with Summer Game Fest Play Days, which is a key moment for both the industry and players, allows us to bring these exceptional works to an even wider audience, highlighting the talent and creativity that define our industry.”

A jury of respected game artists, curators, and representatives from both within the games industry and adjacent sectors (including animation, film, and fine art) will be judging the submissions.

Scope out some of the major highlights of the Monster Hunter Now 1.5 year anniversary event below:

  • Increased Monster Activity – During the event, Gold Rathian, Silver Rathalos, Nightshade Paolumu and others will appear more frequently across different habitats.
  • New Event Exchange Hub – Earn Event Exchange Tokens by hunting monsters, and trade them for valuable items in the newly introduced Event Exchange Hub.
  • Premium Quests – Unlock special Premium Quests using gems in order to earn valuable rewards, such as Gold Rathian Plates and Silver Rathalos Plates.
  • Exclusive Rewards – Complete limited-time anniversary quests to earn:
    • Exclusive MH Now 1.5-Year Anniversary Medal

Are you an indie game developer? Developer spaces are now available at the Fire & Ice RGX 2025 event happening from June 21-22!

Fire and Ice RGX 2025 Half Size Developer Booth – $754′ x 8′ Space
• 4′ of Table Space (table is shared with another random developer – table cannot be moved)
• One Chair

HITMAN World of Assassination Launching on PS VR2 March 27

Assassins the world over will be able to see the world of IO Interactive’s Hitman series in a new light with the release of HITMAN World of Assassination for the PS VR2 on March 27.

HITMAN World of Assassination will combine the best elements of HITMAN 1, HITMAN 2 and HITMAN 3 together in a bundle that highglights the very best of the legendary stealth series.

The PS VR2 release of HITMAN World of Assassination will support the original main campaign’s 22 unique locations, all while bringing a variety of immersive VR-specific mechanics.

As part of this title, players will be able to dual-wield an arsenal of more than 100 different weapons. This version will also give players the chance to intuitively perform key movements with full ambidexterity, including reloading, holstering, aiming sniper rifles, and stealing disguises. 

Note that this PS VR2 version will also provide new and unique technical capabilities, with adaptive trigger support through the PS VR2 controllers, room-scale implementation, and spatial interactions to touch.

Summoners War Celebrating 4,000 Days with 4,000 Rewards

The team at Com2uS is celebrating the upcoming 4,000-day anniversary of Summoners War: Sky Arena, offering up to 4,000 item rewards as part of a large-scale event.

During this Summoners War event, players will be able to complete daily missions to collect Lucky Capsule Tickets. 

From there, these tickets can then be used to claim a total of 4,000 rewards, including a Legendary All-Attribute Scroll, Devilmon, and a 6★ Legendary Rune. 

Note that Energy and Mana Stones will be granted daily based on the number of tickets players have obtained.

In addition, all Summoners War players can get themselves a special 4,000-day anniversary gift of 40 Mystical Scrolls and four million Mana Stones on March 29.

Finally, a special attendance event will also be held in celebration of this title’s 4,000-day milestone. On that note, players will be able receive daily login rewards, including Devilmon, Legendary Scroll, Light & Dark Scroll, and Legendary All-Attribute Scroll.

Summoners War: Chronicles is available for the PC via Steam, along with the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
