Timed to the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise’s 35th anniversary celebration (Happy Birthday Sonic!), Simple Modern has announced a new partnership with SEGA for the launch of a new Sonic-themed product line.
As part of Simple Modern’s new Sonic the Hedgehog collection, a variety of co-branded products for preschool and elementary-aged kids will be available.
Items include backpacks, lunch boxes, and drinkware that features a number of colorful Sonic-inspired designs.
Note that this Simple Modern Sonic collection will be available ahead of the back-to-school season this summer.
Garrett Mueller, Licensing Manager at Simple Modern, said the following:
“We’re excited to partner with Sonic the Hedgehog for the first time and bring these products to families heading into back-to-school season.
Sonic is a franchise that has remained incredibly recognizable and relevant across generations, and we think kids are going to love seeing these characters brought to life across products they use every day.”
Garrett Mueller added:
“This collection really captures the fun, energy and personality that people associate with Sonic.
Whether it’s backpacks, lunch gear or drinkware, we wanted to create products that feel exciting for kids while still delivering the quality families expect from Simple Modern.”
