Bringing a small museum of never-before-seen items in celebration of Sony PlayStation’s 30th anniversary, Online PlayStation Museum (PSM) Director David O’Connor will be a Guest of Honor at Sac Gamers Expo 2025 this December.
As the Director of the Online PlayStation Museum (PSM), David O’Connor sets out to collect, study, interpret, and preserve the hardware, video games, design, and all related materials around the history of the original Sony PlayStation console.
Packing an impressive 27 years of experience, David O’Connor works with former executives from Sony, publishers, and development studios to document their experiences.
David O’Connor also consults and supports the International Center for the History of Electronic Games (ICHEG) at New York’s Strong National Museum of Play! Attendees will be able to experience a fascinating exhibit that features Sony-development related products.
When it comes to Sac Gamers Expo 2025, David O’Connor will bring never-before-seen design documents, development tools, marketing pieces, concept art, and rare PlayStation consoles for display at the event.
David O’Connor will even display a never-before-seen playable PlayStation 1 prototype at December’s event!
Sac Gamers Expo 2025 Guests of Honor will be announced every Tuesday and Thursday leading up to the event in December.
