DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations Preview – Hell Freezes Over!

An all-new campaign expansion for the critically acclaimed DOOM: The Dark Ages (we gave it a 95/100 ourselves!), DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations has the iconic Slayer thrust into a merciless purgatory.

In an effort to escape, players will confront haunting truths across new levels across approximately 10 to 12 hours of play.

No need to face the horrors of DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations empty-handed; enter the deadly Chain Spear. 

A new weapon coming to DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations, the Chain Spear features a deadly combo of power and mobility, perfect for slaying Demons (as one does!) and getting around.

Note that progression throughout DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations DLC has been built around this Chain Spear. As players progress through its campaign, players will be able to fully upgrade it.

On that same note, many of this expansion’s most powerful Chain Spear metas will be unlocked in its end game.

Adding a wealth of movement tech to DOOM: The Dark Ages’ combat, the inclusion of a dash and grapple hook in Revelations ensures that the typically tanky Dark Ages Slayer can now properly fly.

For those looking to go on the offensive, the Chain Spear allows players to break armor, kill fodder for resources, or even parry incoming melee and projectile attacks – all built around skill and timing.

DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations – and its respective Chain Spear – will have players becoming a deadly combo of power and mobility when it launches July 7.

DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations will be available for the PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X|S, and PC via Xbox PC, Steam, and Battle.net.

Those that purchase either the DOOM: The Dark Ages Premium Edition or the DOOM: The Dark Ages Collectors Bundle can gain access to DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations at no additional cost at launch. 

Meanwhile, base DOOM: The Dark Ages players will be able to purchase the standalone DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations downloadable add-on for $19.99 July 7, or alternatively upgrade to the Premium Edition for $34.99.

Letting players Chart the Unknown, the world of Panana Studio and Com2uS’ collectible RPG Star Sailors is now available globally.

A hand-crafted anime adventure (featuring renowned illustrator Coax as Art Director), Star Sailors features fairytale-inspired fantasy world, alongside memorable characters and strategic turn-based combat. 

In this collectible RPG, players can freely build and develop five-member parties with Monsters and Gear, taking part in elements like dungeon exploration and PvP battles.

Ringing in Persona’s 30th Anniversary, ATLUS is partnering with HYTE once more to release Persona 30th Anniversary Keycaps, two Desk Pads, and an Acrylic Diorama Stand for a limited time.

Now available for pre-order at HYTE.com, the Persona 30th Anniversary Keycap Set is themed after the series’ anniversary campaign visuals hailing from Revelations: Persona all the way through Persona 5 Royal. Coming with 133 keycaps that are all fully compatible with ANSI and ISO keyboards. The set retails for $109.99, and is expected to launch in Q3 2026.

Two Persona 30th Anniversary Desk Pads are also now available for pre-order at HYTE.com at $29.99 each, and are expected to launch in Q3 2026.
