Management Sim ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet Launching October 23

Players can set sail with the Straw Hat crew when Kairosoft and Bandai Namco’s management sim ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet launches October 23.

A delectable management sim, ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet will have players boarding the Baratie Number Two as they grow your small ship into the greatest floating restaurant on the ocean.

On that note, players will collect ingredients, dream up new dishes, and decorate one’s interior alongside a number of fan-favorite ONE PIECE characters.

Sudden Attack Zero Point Final Closed Beta Test Beginning July 8

A free-to-play FPS remaster of much-loved Sudden Attack, NEXON has announced that the Final Closed Beta Test for Sudden Attack Zero Point will begin July 8.

Running from July 8-13, the Final Sudden Attack Zero Point Closed Beta Test is set to introduce a new dedicated server for North American players. This, in turn, will provide a more stable gameplay experience to players. 

On that note, all players in eligible regions who register for the Sudden Attack Zero Point test will be able to participate!

When it comes to new content during this Sudden Attack Zero Point Final Closed Beta Test, players can utilize 13 primary and four secondary weapons.

In addition, over 200 exclusive and 36 shared weapon parts for primary weapons with various skins and 10 Characters with different characteristics will be available. 

Finally, there will be two maps that are specialized for CQB, four Maps for Bomb Defusal Mode, a practice mode and Bot TDM, and Bot Bomb Defusal Mode.

Anime Expo 2026 Featuring SEGA/ATLUS Guests of Honor

Happening early next month, Anime Expo 2026 will feature a number of SEGA/ATLUS Guests of Honor, including Takashi Iizuka, Atsushi Nomura, Kazuhisa Wada, Shigenori Soejima, and Yoshiyuki Asai.

Takashi Iizuka – Creative Officer of Sonic

The Creative Officer of Sonic, Takashi Iizuka is a video game director, producer, and designer. 

As the creative force behind the Sonic the Hedgehog series for more than 30 years, he began his work on Sonic the Hedgehog 3, also working on NiGHTS into dreams, Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure 2, Sonic Heroes, Sonic Generations, and Sonic Mania. 

Iizuka-san is also the creator of Shadow the Hedgehog, ensuring each new Sonic entry brings something fresh while also honoring the series’ legacy.

Kazuhisa Wada – General Producer for the Persona Team

Atsushi Nomura – Business Producer for the Persona Team

Atsushi Nomura oversees IP production responsibilities as Business Producer for the Persona team, including series project planning and promotion. 

Producing credits of his include Persona 4 Revival, Persona 5 Tactica, and the remastered releases of Persona 4 Golden and Persona 3 Portable.

Yoshiyuki Asai – Director 

Beginning his career as an animator at Toei Animation, OLM, and Ajiado before transitioning to directing in the early 2000s, Yoshiyuki Asai made his directorial debut with Charlotte.

Asai-san is well known for his nuanced portrayal of ensemble youth dramas and everyday life, featuring a distinctive directorial style that captures the dynamics, distances, and relationships between its different characters.
