Survival Horror Love Letter Cronos: The New Dawn Launch Trailer Released

A love letter made just for survival horror fans, a twisted time-travel tale awaits with Bloober Team’s Cronos: The New Dawn – gear up with the launch trailer for the title.

Cronos: The New Dawn will task players with surviving the brutal wastelands of the future, all while fighting against nightmarish merging creatures in third-person survival horror and jumping back in time.

For those looking to get physical, the PlayStation 5 Physical Edition of Cronos: The New Dawn will be available September 19. Meanwhile, the Nintendo Switch 2 Physical Edition of Cronos: The New Dawn will be available on October 21.

007 First Light Gameplay Deep Dive Released

As part of a special PlayStation State of Play segment earlier today, IO Interactive and Amazon MGM Studios provided a gameplay deep dive of their new title 007 First Light.

An exciting new chapter in James Bond’s legacy in video games, 007 First Light serves as a re-imagined origin story of the infamous James Bond.

Lending their talents to 007 First Light are Patrick Gibson (Dexter: Original Sin, The OA) as James Bond, Priyanga Burford as M, Alastair Mackenzie as Q, and Kiera Lester as Miss Moneypenny.

New character in 007 First Light also include Bond’s mentor, John Greenway (played by Fear the Walking Dead’s Lennie James) and Miss Roth (Noémie Nakai).

Hakan Abrak, CEO of IO Interactive, said the following:

“With 007 First Light, we’re building a wholly original James Bond experience from the ground up, one that blends the sharp tension of espionage with the bold spectacle the franchise is known for.

The gameplay is rooted in our signature approach to immersive design, combining stealth, action, and creativity in a way that feels uniquely tailored to Bond.”

007 First Light will launch on March 27 for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC – those that pre-order as of this writing can get themselves a free Deluxe Edition Upgrade that provides 24-hour Early Access.

Moody Monster Tamer Yami Kids Kickstarter Live

A tale of tragedy, familial bonds, and revenge awaits with GameDevTosh and Yanako RPGs’ moody monster tamer Yami Kids – now live on Kickstarter!

A retro, monster taming game, this title focuses on the titular Yami Kids (Yuki and Yumi Yami), and their role in both the Overworld and The Underworld.

The title will also pay host to detailed pixel art, a retro-flavored soundtrack, clever gameplay mechanics that incorporate day and night cycles, and the inclusion of community feedback.

A new trailer for Yami Kids is set to air on September 7 at 9am PT, following Gym Leader Ed’s Monster Taming Direct.

2025 Icons Match Full Line-Up Revealed

Including former players from Arsenal, Juventus, AC Milan, Bayern Munich, FC Barcelona, Tottenham, Real Madrid, Manchester United, Augsburg and Dortmund, NEXON has revealed their full line-up for the recently announced 2025 Icons Match.

A live football event that features legendary players worldwide, the event will take place at Seoul World Cup Stadium in Seoul, South Korea from September 13 to September 14.

Icons Match provide a one-of-a-kind in-person match that features a number of legendary players like Didier Drogba, Thierry Henry, Carles Puyol, and Ronaldinho. 

Beyond a traditional exhibition match, this event has been designed to realize dreams fans could not experience in real life. Bringing the excitement of FC Online and FC Mobile into the real world, Icons Match is gearing up to deliver an immersive – and unforgettable – experience.
