2026 TooManyGames Indie Game Showcase Submissions Open

Entering its sixteenth year of excellence, TooManyGames and Retroware have opened applications for the 2026 TooManyGames Indie Game Showcase.

As one of the longest-running indie convention events, the TooManyGames in-person event will return from June 26–28 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. Anybody who likes video games, board games, CCGs, esports, tabletop, or arcade games will be well covered!

One can now get their tickets for TooManyGames via its official website.

The TooManyGames Indie Game Showcase in particular will shine a spotlight on dozens of standout indie experiences from developers worldwide.

The festivities for that will kick off this summer with the Indie Game Showcase digital event on Steam June 23, which will feature a curated selection of indie titles.

One can submit their application via the official Google Forms link, and learn more via its official website.

Note that applications will close March 31 at 11:59pm ET, with games chosen and acceptance/denial emails going out April 15.

Finally, TooManyGames is set to host the TooManyGames Indie Game Awards on June 26 as they celebrate excellence across the indie gaming scene. 

Hosted by Retroware Creative Director Justin Silverman, category winners will be announced by a lineup of celebrated gaming personalities.

Redesigned MONGIL: STAR DIVE Website Released

For those looking forward to Netmarble’s upcoming monster-taming action RPG MONGIL: STAR DIVE, the team has made a major update to its official website that expands both character and story content.

The redesigned MONGIL: STAR DIVE website has been designed to provide a deeper and more immersive introduction to MONGIL: STAR DIVE’s world.

In particular, all those that visit can also take a deeper dive into this title’s characters like Mina (Xanthe Huynh), Verna (Laci Morgan), Cloud (Caleb Yen), Ophelia (Crystal Lee), and Francis (Ashely Biski).

Da-haeng Lee, Game Publishing Director at Netmarble, said the following:

“Our goal with this official website update is to help players easily and intuitively explore characters, story, and unique features of MONGIL: STAR DIVE.

Leading up to the game’s official launch, we plan to gradually share more details about the game’s universe and lore.”

Pete Capella Guest of Honor at StocktonCon Winter 2026

The original voice of Silver the Hedgehog in the Sonic the Hedgehog games, accomplished Producer, Writer, and Voice Actor Pete Capella will be a Guest of Honor at StocktonCon Winter 2026 in a few weeks.

In addition to voicing Silver the Hedgehog, Pete Capella can also be heard as Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s Dexter and Tanner Christensen in The Most Popular Girls in School.

As one half of Good Boy Treat Productions, Pete is also an accomplished producer and writer!

Other StocktonCon Guests of Honor include Professional Voice Actors Eric Vale (DBZ’s Trunks) and John Morris (Toy Story’s Andy), alongside many more – be sure to check out the official website for the confirmed list so far.

Bullet Hell Slasher Homura Hime Launching on Steam March 4

Featuring exhilarating 3D battles, Japanese anime aesthetics, and intense bullet hell patterns, the world of Crimson Dusk and PLAYISM’s Homura Hime will launch for the PC via Steam March 4.

A third-person action title, Homura Hime will task players with taking on the Archdemon Girls and their monster hordes as they dodge attacks, string togehter combos, and clear the battlefield.

WWE 2K26 Launching March 6

Still riding that Royal Rumble high? Visual Concepts and 2K are keeping the momentum going with the release of WWE 2K26 for PC and consoles March 6.

Four editions of WWE 2K26 will be released: Standard Edition, King of Kings Edition, Attitude Era Edition, and Monday Night War Edition. 

Current World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk can be found striking a defiant pose on the WWE 2K26 Standard Edition cover, also headlining WWE 2K26’s 2K Showcase. Longtime fans will remember that CM Punk previously appeared on the cover of WWE ‘13.

CM Punk said the following:

“As a kid, I could only dream of being on the cover of a video game. Now I join a very exclusive group of WWE Superstars who have done it twice.

I enjoyed the experience of narrating the 2K Showcase, which gave me an opportunity to tell fans the straight, unfiltered story of the moments, matches, and controversies in my career. 

Players will get to step into my boots, relive some of my proudest WWE moments, and take on challenges I never had the opportunity to face.”

The King of Kings Edition of WWE 2K26 will celebrate the in-ring career and ongoing behind-the-scenes legacy of WWE Hall of Famer and current WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque.

Meanwhile, the Attitude Era Edition of WWE 2K26 is set to evoke nostalgia for one of the greatest WWE eras, featuring “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, The Rock, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Stephanie McMahon, Undertaker, Kane, Trish Stratus, Lita, Chyna, Kurt Angle, and The Dudley Boyz. 

Finally, an all-new “super-premium” Monday Night War Edition of WWE 2K26 will feature content tied to WWE stars of the Attitude Era. Expect a collection of WCW’s biggest names of the era, including “Hollywood” Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Goldberg, Booker T, and Eric Bischoff.

The King of Kings Edition, Attitude Era Edition, and Monday Night Wars Edition of WWE 2K26 will launch March 6 worldwide, while the Standard Edition of WWE 2K26 will launch March 13.

Julien Merceron Heading Internal Development as Delphi Interactive CTO

A globally respected gaming industry technology veteran with over 30 years of experience, Julien Merceron will lead internal development as Chief Technology Officer of Delphi Interactive.

As Delphi Interactive CTO, Julien Merceron will oversee the company’s technical and development strategy.

Julien Merceron’s work will include work on the reimagined FIFA football simulation game, which is set to launch exclusively on Netflix this year.

He will also work closely with FIFA Game Executive Producer Theodor Tang-Peronard and the company’s senior technical and creative leadership as FIFA Games are reimagined from the ground-up.

Theodor Tang-Peronard, Partner at Delphi Interactive and Executive Producer of the FIFA game, said the following:

“Julien is known for football games people loved because they were built with fun and feel at the center.

That way of thinking is core to how we’re reimagining FIFA in simulation for a much broader audience. 

Julien’s experience brings a level of clarity that sharpens our decisions and helps ensure the game is easy to pick up, yet still has depth.”

Julien Merceron also said the following:

“Delphi and Refactor share a very specific approach as we reimagine FIFA Games for the future.

With small, elite teams of top-tier designer and developer talent, we can stay true to the core creative vision and serve the great fandom of football. 

In a way, we are returning to the principles that made the great football games of the past.” 

On that note, the new FIFA title from Delphi Interactive will be available exclusively to Netflix members this summer, just in time for the FIFA World Cup 2026™.
