Tactical Narrative Card Game Crown Gambit Now Available

Set in a mysterious, dark fantasy world that has been inspired by Celtic and Breton folklore, Playdigious and Wild Wits’ tactical narrative card game Crown Gambit is now available.

Setting out to prevent the fall of the kingdom of Meodred, Crown Gambit will have players embodying three intrepid paladins as they set out to navigate political turbulences. 

Gameplay in Crown Gambit tasks players with utilizing strategic deck preparation. Each paladin’s deck in this title must be meticulously crafted, and synergizing abilities and fostering a well-coordinated team is key.

Corto Laly, co-founder of development studio Wild Wits, said the following: 

“Throughout their journey within the kingdom of Meodred, the players will be confronted with themselves. All choices are difficult; there will be no perfect choices and they’ll have to live with them! That’s the whole point of the game.”

EA SPORTS Madden NFL 26 Gameplay Deep Dive Released

With football season around the corner, the team at EA SPORTS has released a gameplay deep dive for Madden NFL 26.

Madden NFL 26 brings with a new AI-powered machine learning system, one that has been trained by real play calls and game situations over nearly a decade.

As a result, players will be able to experience more explosive gameplay. This is also reflected with new coach and player-specific traits, authentic play styles, and more.

Joe Cain Special Guest at Fire & Ice RGX 2025

Featuring decades of video game industry experience as a game/level designer, producer, and SEGA lead/general tester, Joe Cain will be a Special Guest at this weekend’s Fire & Ice RGX 2025 event in Roseville.

Joe Cain brings with him an impressive resume, previously working with SEGA of America, Atari, The 3DO Company, Digital Eclipse, Electronic Arts, App Ant Studios, GREE, IGT, and iWin.

On that note, he was the lead/general tester on more than 40 SEGA Genesis, including hits like Ecco the Dolphin, Ecco: The Tides of Time, Eternal Champions, Disney’s Aladdin, X-Men, X-Men 2: Clone Wars, Sonic the Hedgehog: Spinball, Sonic & Knuckles, Taz in Escape From Mars, Shadowrun, Jurassic Park: Rampage Edition, and Streets of Rage 3.

SD Gundam G Generation ETERNAL New Map Event Vol. 1 Released

Featuring more than four million downloads, SD Gundam G Generation ETERNAL has launched a new update featuring an in-game “Map Event Vol. 1” for players. 

The aforementioned Map Event Vol. 1 will be available in SD Gundam G Generation ETERNAL through June 30 at 7:59 a.m. PT. 

Players will be able to experience the event as they obtain new characters and supporters, featuring mixed-unit squads from different Gundam series.

 SD Gundam G Generation ETERNAL’s “Map Event Vol. 1” also utilizes a number of elements scattered across the map, including Boost Items and Fixed Weapons. With these in place, players can clear battles with Sortie Restrictions and take down the Boss waiting at the map’s edge. 

Looking to access this event? Note that SD Gundam G Generation ETERNAL players must have previously cleared “Mobile Suit Gundam” Stage 14. 

As part of this update, the new Mobile Suits for Featured Unit Assembly with UR-rank Gundam Deathscythe Hell (EW) (EX) and UR-rank pilot Duo Maxwell (EW) are set to join the fray. 

On that note, SD Gundam G Generation ETERNAL – and this latest update! – are now available on both iOS and Android mobile devices.
