New World: Aeternum Limited Time 3v3 Area Map Preview Live

Available for preview from June 17 to June 23, Amazon Games has announced a limited-time Preview Weekend for the newest 3v3 Arena battleground coming to New World: Aeternum.

Learn more with the highlights below:

Largest Map Yet

This new Arena in New World: Aeternum is nearly 50% larger than existing Arena maps, with more elevation, cover and flanking paths.

On that note, the map favors ranged combat early on, forcing players into melee engagements quickly, while positioning, cover usage, and roleswitching are key to staying alive.

Primal Identity

Inspired by the Monarch’s Bluffs, this New World: Aeternum arena blends together temple ruins with organic natural elements. This, in turn, creates a lush-yet-foreboding battlefield.

Animal motifs and spirit-worship themes have been woven into its design, reinforcing the idea that this place was not simply made for combat, but for reverence, or sacrifice.

A New Kind of Arena

The map is uniquely designed in response to player feedback, offering a larger battlefield that creates meaningful strategic shifts between long-range and close-quarters combat. It’s not just a new arena—it’s a new way to play.
